Sleepy Bee – Indonesian Decaf Blend

A balanced blend of Indonesian coffees, decaffeinated using the solvent-free Swiss Water Process. A mellow yet full tasting blend; imagine a well-played upright bass, except you get to drink it. There are earthy, muted fruit tones and a strong caramelly overtone that lasts into the aftertaste.  A wonderful after-dinner cup.

We start with 10 oz. of unroasted coffee, and then roast it exactly how you want it. Please note that the darker we roast, the less the roasted coffee will weigh. Expect about 8.0-9.5 oz. of roasted coffee.
